Please provide as much detail as possible, including photos if available. The more information you provide, the better we can prepare for our initial review and respond with the most accurate recommendations.
Step 2 – We Review Your Information
Once your consultation request has been submitted, a member of our team will review your information and contact you as soon as possible.
We'll discuss your goals, answer your questions, review your property, and determine the best auction format for your assets. If needed, we'll schedule a time to visit your property and prepare a customized auction proposal.

Our Weekly Online Consignment Auctions provide an easy, hassle-free way to sell everything from a single item to an entire truckload. Whether you're consigning household items, antiques, collectibles, tools, equipment, vehicles, or a small estate, our experienced team handles the selling process from start to finish.
We professionally photograph, catalog, market, and sell your items to thousands of registered online bidders. We also collect payments, coordinate buyer pickup, offer nationwide shipping on most items, and prepare your settlement—making the selling process simple and convenient.
We accept consignments every week at our alternating Conway and Myrtle Beach auction facilities.

WEEKLY CONSIGNMENT DROP-OFF INSTRUCTIONS
To provide faster service, shorter wait times, and a more efficient consignment process, we accept consignments throughout the week.
Large Consignments (Preferred Monday & Tuesday)
If you are bringing 50 or more lots, a trailer load, an estate, or a business liquidation, we prefer that you schedule your drop-off on Monday or Tuesday. When scheduling, please provide an estimated number of lots you plan to consign. This allows us to reserve the appropriate amount of time, staff, and warehouse space to process your merchandise efficiently.

Standard Consignments (Wednesday)
Consignments of fewer than 50 lots may be dropped off on Wednesday from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM without an appointment.
Upon arrival:
- Check in at the registration counter.
- Read and sign the Consignor Terms & Conditions.
- Wait for a staff member to direct you where to unload.
- Our team will professionally tag, photograph, catalog, and prepare your merchandise for auction.
Preparing Your Consignment
To help us process your merchandise as efficiently as possible:
- Organize items into the lots you would like sold together.
- Keep matching sets together.
- Disclose any known damage, defects, or missing parts.
- New consignors should bring a valid driver's license.
- Returning consignors should have their Seller Number available.

CONSIGNOR PAYMENTS
Settlement checks are processed within five (5) business days after the auction once all buyer payments have cleared.
Consignment reports are emailed prior to payment so consignors may review their inventory and report any discrepancies.
Checks may be picked up at our auction facility during normal business hours or will be mailed later that week if not picked up.
