Charles Michael Crowell was born September 9, 1948, in Atlanta, Georgia, and passed away February 22, 2026, at the age of 77. During his career, Charles served as President of The Coca-Cola Company in Asia, where he traveled extensively and was involved in significant humanitarian work. His interests also extended well beyond the business world. Charles was involved with the air races in Nevada and was an avid golfer.

His estate offers bidders an opportunity to explore a collection assembled over many years, with a particularly strong influence from his time in Asia and his career with Coca-Cola.

AUCTION DETAILS

All auctions are conducted online by John T. Henry Auction Co., LLC. All items are sold to the highest bidder and are subject to a 15% buyer's premium and applicable sales tax unless a valid resale certificate is on file prior to bidding.

A credit card on file will be processed immediately following the auction for up to $750. Any remaining balance must be paid in full.

For shipped orders, buyers will receive a secure payment link via Global Payments to complete their invoice. No items will be shipped until payment is made in full.

High-value or flagged invoices may require payment by wire transfer at the auctioneer's discretion prior to release or shipment of items.

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP

Ownership of items transfers to the buyer immediately upon being declared the winning bidder. All risk of loss, damage, or theft passes to the buyer at that time, regardless of pickup or shipping status.

SHIPPING, TRANSFER & FORFEITURE POLICY

All items designated for shipping will be removed from the auction site and transported to the auction company’s facility. Items are picked up from the auction site on Tuesday of the week following the auction, at which time they are transferred to the third-party shipper, Carolina Relocation Services LLC (CRS), for packing and shipment.Once items are transferred to CRS, they are considered released from the auction company and are in the possession of the shipper on behalf of the buyer. The auction company will settle with the consignor at that time.By requesting shipping, the buyer agrees to pay all shipping, handling, and packing charges directly to CRS.

Failure or refusal to pay shipping charges will result in forfeiture of all merchandise with no refund. Forfeited items become the property of the shipper, who may dispose of or resell them at their discretion.All sales remain final. Chargebacks and payment disputes are strictly prohibited.
